No, we are not just Customer centric

Customers are the fuel of every organization. Without them, there is indeed no point to the existence of the organization. It is the love of the customers that allows organizations to grow. It is the prerogative of every business to ensure they provide high quality products and services, delivered with compassion.

But to us, an obsessive customer focus seems incomplete.

The Finwisor Way

We believe in love for all. We are inspired by the idea that if we rise, everyone should be benefited.
Serving the Finwisor family of clients with excellence, empathy and integrity is definitely important, but it is not enough. We yearn to spread love to all stakeholders in the ecosystem.

1.      Finwisor partners

We distribute financial products of multiple partners who work hard in building a great product.

We enrich them with insights on customers needs.
We encourage them when they make improvements, innovations.
We make them a part of our Finwisor Day celebrations too.

2.      Finwisor Team

We are essentially a service based organization. The happiness levels, the empathy, satisfaction levels, integrity, etc of our team all have an impact on our services to clients.

We lay a lot of focus on culture.
We want our team to be really happy - Happiness is a bedrock to creativity, compassion, excellence, integrity and many other virtues.
We nurture ourselves with regular dosage of discourses reinforcing our value systems.
We have a culture of appreciation. This also allows the team to take critical feedback positively and improve on it.

The individual growth of the team members is central to the growth of Finwisor.

3.      Government

We pay taxes with utmost integrity. We see it as our contribution towards the nation's development.
Also, we encourage our clients to be responsible and ethical citizens. We endeavour to be compliant in every law, not just in letter, but in spirit.

4.      Support staff

We owe our success in part to their services too. Our cleaning maid makes sure everything is spick and span. Our refreshments provider makes sure he leaves a dose of smile along with the tea he serves. Our watchmen keep us secure and aid in maintaining the building. We are grateful for their services.

Every celebration, we involve them. Be it Finwisor Day, Our team member's birthdays, festivals or just a random occasion when we decided to celebrate.

5.      Families of Finwisor Team

We give gratitude to families for giving us their lovely children.
For raising them with the right value systems.
For supporting them in giving their best.

6.      Society

Through The Positivity Project, we give back to the underprivileged sections of society – orphans, elderly, physically and mentally challenged individuals, tribals, slum dwellers. The Finwisor team is a part of the core team of The Positivity Project.

We spend time, we listen to their stories, we organize performances, competitions, games, motivation sessions, etc. All with the goal of spreading smiles. For now and for their future. It is truly a blissful pursuit!

Co-operate and Collaborate…Don’t Compete!

In today’s modern society, we are all trained to compete against each other and do our best to get to the top. In the school, college, post-graduation, workplace, reality shows, Bollywood, literally everywhere we see and hear about competitions. The one who wins them is glorified. There are award ceremonies, certificates and trophies, and glamour attached to winning. Hence our subconscious mind is unknowingly programmed to be competitive. So what’s the problem with competing!? The problem with competing is it takes people to a zero-sum game mindset. If one wins, the other loses. This concept is popularised by the name of ' scarcity mindset' . In one of the schools, a student had received 45/50 marks. That by her own standards was amazing! 90%! Then she asked her friends how many marks they had received. They had got 46, 48, 48, 50, 46 ,45. Her exuberance dropped. The same marks which made her ecstatic no more seemed appealing. The problem is the competition mindset. Y...

Stay Clean

This topic has many conflicting views. This article is meant to help. Those who agree. And especially those who disagree. I write this article not from a place of moral superiority, but as a well wisher. Please take the below views in that context. What do I mean by staying clean? We, as Indians, have a culture of not abiding by the rules. Even as proud and patriotic Indians, we disregard the tax laws, the traffic laws, and everything where the law enforcement is weak. Stats show that only 1.6% of India's population pay income tax. Even amongst those who pay, some of us underreport our income. Reasons why we don't stay clean I can empathize the causes behind such a culture. Here are the most common reasons. Corruption : Why should we pay taxes when most of it just goes in the pockets of the corrupt politicians and babus! The better alternative: It's better to give to charity rather than to the government. At least it will be put to good use. Cost of living: With such high c...

Finwisor's Unique HR Strategy

In the early days of Finwisor, I heard a friend of mine - Tushar Rokade, the then city head of Weddingz.in - say "I want to hire people who are smarter than me." What struck me about this statement was not just the humility of an MBA from IIM-L who was making strides in his own industry, but a great ideal for creating a workplace. Our HR Challenges Our unconventional objectives Our ethos, where Sewa is the primary objective and profit secondary, is something we ourselves had never heard of. There is little literature on parameters to judge people's willingness to serve. On the other hand, we live in times where career success is defined by the earnings of an individual. People aligned with our ideals are a rarity in such times. Fast-changing industry In the rapidly changing world of financial planning, the landscape is dynamic. It requires individuals who have an innate curiosity to keep molding themselves and learning as per the changing scenarios. Remuner...
